NOTICE TO OUR EUROPEAN FRIENDS!
The following notice appeared today (as information) on our blog:
European Union laws require you to give European Union visitors information about cookies used and data collected on your blog. In many cases, these laws also require you to obtain consent.
As a courtesy, we have added a notice on your blog to explain Google's use of certain Blogger and Google cookies, including use of Google Analytics and AdSense cookies, and other data collected by Google.

We are not sure just what the above "notice" implies, but are featuring it here as a matter of course. The blogger does not have any means of collecting any information on visitors. Google DOES let us know the percentage of operating systems our users have and their browser types. Google also lists the COUNTRY OF ORIGIN (US, RUSSIA, FRANCE, etc) of our visitors and the REFERRING sites. For example, the following sites are two of many referral sources: https://yandex.ru/ and https://duckduckgo.com/ (It is important to note that we are referred by numerous sources and sites around the world, most of whom we do not know, or we eventually find out about directly or indirectly through search engines. Many sites feature our articles and repost them or give out our link. We also post on GAB:https://gab.ai/homefrontbooks.)
Since we are a "public" person and open for all to read, we cannot know WHO our readers are unless they choose to comment to us. THEN, we only have their e mail address to which we may reply. We do not sell, give away or otherwise compromise e mails. We are not in the "despicable business" of TRACKING anyone! We are posting this "notice" for general information purposes.
