I recently "enjoyed" the "privilege" of attending a "court session." It was a "circus." The judge was fair, but nevertheless adhered to the "tricky ways" in which the "fine system" is set up. If you do not understand the way that works, you would be decieved! At the time of this court session, they currently require "masks" in the courtroom. I refused. I had to make a MOTION, to be reviewed by the judge, in order to wear a SHIELD instead. Interestingly, the prosecutor wore a shield, too!

There were NINE court employees to handle FIVE misdemeanor traffic citation cases. They took in over $400 in "fines" during the nearly three hour session. Most who were found "guilty," screwed themselves, thinking they would get a "lesser fine" by trivializing their circumstances. Several had good cases for a "not guilty" verdict, but "blew it" by "admitting" things they need not have. Several were very intimidated. The one case where the judge found for the defendant (not guilty) was made because the defendant was articulate, and the prosecution had some confusion regarding the "facts." The cop was totally useless. The defendant made no effort to assist the prosecution nor the cop. Both were hard to hear, as neither knew how to use a microphone efficiently. The defendant refused to admit guilt and maintained that position throughout the session. The "burden of proof," after all, is always upon the prosecution. 

In my own experience as a reporter, I have covered many a story involving cops. In some cases, cops were treated very unfairly by the press for political reasons. In others, the cops made huge mistakes, accidentally or on purpose. The Rodney King affair is a prime example. A lady (California) CHP officer was beaten by King during a traffic stop. She called for backup, and when the male officers arrived and saw her being flailed, they attacked King. Guess which part of the video ended up "edited out" on the nightly news! King was no angel; he had a rap sheet! Of course, the officers actions were wrong. They lost their cool. But King became a media "hero!" He sued  and collected a huge settlement that in reality he was not entitled to!

I was stopped for a "rear brake light out" by an ISP officer some ten or more years ago. He was an Idaho cop who is still mocked behind his back, and not well liked for his draconian ways on the job. I ended up making a complaint against him. He was the perfect idiot. He asked me to place my GEAR SHIFT TRUCK into the PARK POSITION! That same idiot is now working with the transportation depatment in the same state hassling truckers! Stupidity pays well in the beaureau-crazy!

More than ten years ago, an "investigator" for the local sheriff stopped and hassled me on the hiway, accusing me of stalking a woman I did not know. The make and model of the truck and the description of the perpetrator was all wet, but that did not stop him from pressuring me. It annoyed me enough to the point I went to the sheriff's office to make a complaint, and was CONFRONTED BY THE SAME CLOWN again! Apparently, he thought it was "okay" to invistigate his OWN complaint. So, I sent the sheriff a letter he could not refuse and ended up having a pleasant conversation with the Under-sheriff. The result was I got a letter of appology from the officer who admitted to pressuring me! That guy no long works for the department, but runs a brewery instead. Better for all of us!

The Under-sheriff was a former Los Angeles supervising officer who worked in the Department of Internal Affairs. This is the police department's internal investigation department which handles "officer misconduct." He told me he "had seen the rot." We discussed that and he also told me he could not know what his officers were doing "in the field," if he was not told! Hence, he appreciate my "intelligent" letter, something he said he seldom got! We also discussed a matter we were both familiar with, involving over 3,000 cases thrown out of court in LA because the officer LIED under oath and fabricated "evidence." A sharp attorney nailed him. The Under-sheriff also gave his opinion that cops often come from the lowest 20% of the intelligence heap. They also come from the lowest 20% on the economic ladder. I think he was right. Don't expect "brilliance" from these people!

A teacher I know who retired locally, used to live and teach in Colorado. She told me that of all the "problems boys" she dealt with in her school classes, many often became "deputies!" She was quite distressed to realize she had helped "educate" such people. It gave her a bad feeling about to what degree these boys might "help" others!

When I was a witness some time back in a matter not involving me personally, I met with an Idaho attorney. He was not very fond of cops in general. he said that cops MAKE MORE MISTAKES THAN ANYONE. I have to agree that my experience mirrors his It is a shame, really. When I was growing up, cops were RESPECTED and actually HELPED people. Not so much anymore. They have become way too political, miltary and killing-oriented towards civilians.

Recently, a Boundary County Idaho chiropractor, Dr. Daniel Moore, was hassled by a local police department, not allowed an attorney, and coerced into making some kind of a questionable "confession." He was arrested for Second Degree Murder. But First District Judge Barbara Buchanan threw out the charges because of police misconduct. That matter is now before the Idaho State Supreme Count, appealed by the authorities. Locals often appeal such cases because there is "money" in it. It remains to be seen what the outcome will be.

In the State of Idaho, a driver needs to know and understand that SPEED LIMIT is absolute. There is NO LEEWAY! Never! There are no GREY AREAS. Sometimes, a cop using good judgment, may decide NOT to issue a ticket, but don't count on it! Cops are oppportunists, they act on WHIM as much as anything. The fiction that they are looking out for our "safety" is a crock of garbage. That is just an EXCUSE to stop you. In the final analysis, it is POWER and MONEY that counts. Also, they are looking for advancement opportunities. Having a great "ticket writing record" helps.

NEVER ADMIT ANYTHING. NEVER. You do not know if you are being videoed or not. Radar is often wrong. The officer is often wrong. The BURDEN OF PROOF is always upon the officer. A man who admits to nothing has a far better chance of winning in court than anything. You may succeed, you may not. If there is a reasonable doubt, and you do not incrimminate yourself, you may win. Always challenge everything in court. Be smart. Arguing with an officer in the field can cause unending problems as officers often loose their cool and can escalate things way beyond reason. That happens way too often!

Better yet, look upon each drive you take as a "driving school," and make NO mistakes. If you are followed, turn off somewhere and let the rascal pass you! Better if you follow him!

Also, PRE-FLIGHT your car before taking off. That is a requitrement for pilots who fly airplanes. The reason is to catch mistakes before they become problem areas. Most of the time you will be able to avoid unpleasant "encounters of the alien kind!"

ON BEING THANKFUL!

 

On Being Thankful!

Every people in the World has a Thanksgiving festival of sorts. Sometimes they are religious, sometimes not. But it is common celebrate the good fortune of a great harvest. Agricultural peoples the World over are happy when the crops are in. It provides a feeling of completion, of peace, of wealth, and the knowledge that there is food for all!

On my Facebook Page I posted the following the day before Thanksgiving:

Some people ask me what I am thankful for this Thanksgiving. I like to say I am just as thankful on Thanksgiving as I am every other day of the year!

 

Most agricultural people are thankful for a good harvest, knowing they have food for the coming winter. So, a Farmer is always closer to God than anyone.  Modern Man has lost his way in that sense. The more he separates from Nature, the more his way becomes tenuous…...

 

I am thankful I have received and use the power of discernment, which allows me to make stable and good decisions through life.

I am thankful for a sense of peace without fear.

I am thankful that I can think for myself.

I am thankful I am not “politically correct.”

I am thankful I am not a “slave” of false ideology and false commandments of men.

I am thankful for the understanding to never “go along just to get along.”

I am thankful for the understanding that every land needs a housecleaning from crooks from time to time. It may not be pleasant, but it happens over and over again. It needs to happen again…..

I am thankful that I have enough sense to stay healthy as long as possible.

I am thankful for my mistakes, because from them I can learn better ways.

I am thankful for learning from the mistakes of others so I do not have to repeat them myself.

I am thankful to be able to help others when I can, and when they allow it.

I am thankful for the love and help from others.

I am thankful for my extended family.

I am thankful to know enough to stay away from despicable, lying and thoroughly evil politicians. Most of them serve masters different from me/us.

I am thankful I worked in media at one time and know their evil ways.

I am thankful to have basic religious understanding.

I am thankful for the ability to recognize false prophets, to avoid them and never blindly follow them.

I am thankful for the understanding that Christ was a true Rebel for all the right reasons and how few understand Him or His lessons.

I am grateful to those who censor me and call me names. They only confirm my correctness.

I am thankful for those who make fun of me. They teach me how to give as “good as I get!”

I am thankful for learning not to try to convince anyone of anything, but simply give them the tools to make their own mistakes…

I am thankful for the knowledge that “stupid does as stupid is!”

I am thankful to use medical knowledge WHEN it is needed, but stay away when not needed.

I am thankful I have the good sense not to be somebody’s “lab rat.”

I am thankful I do not watch television. It is a Roman Circus run by very evil men (and women).

I am thankful for the ability to design and create.

I am thankful for the ability to know when I need help and when I do not.

I am thankful for basic honesty.

I am thankful for understanding the difference between money and value.

I am thankful for a very well developed sense of humor.

I am thankful for the gift of tongues. Languages are keys to higher learning.

I am thankful for my friends in other lands!

I am thankful for the gift of a "good eye" for many things.

...and last but not least, I am thankful to be able to stick around and watch the Circus of Mankind move backwards and forwards…….

THE "OLD FOSSIL!"

This is a personal article some of you may find interesting. Getting to be eighty years is a milestone in any life. I have seen and done many things. Here I take a look at old age vs young age and also feature some pictures from different aspects of my life. I hope you enjoy them and maybe get something worthwhile out of it all!)

I looked in the Mirror the other day..

 

...and was “horrified” at what I saw!

 

Gees, I am getting to be an “OLD FOSSIL!” I am now EIGHTY!

Whatever happened to that cute, innocent little “kid” I once knew??!

There is an advantage to becoming an “old fossil” of eighty. We have a hell of a long life full of experiences that are, frankly, priceless! But don’t make the mistake of preaching to 20 year old “plums” about how “smart” you are! They will place their finger under their nose, kick their head back and go “Nyyyyaaaa!” They only have five or so years of “experience,” but they know it all! After all, they went to “caw-ledge” where they learned all about 57 genders, “ways-ism,” “gas chambers” and all those good things! They learned about “e-quality” and how it is better to “demand a handout” for a living than to (shudder) “work for it!”

 

An old farmer I once knew told me he always hired “teeners” (15-25 years old) while they still knew everything! I also knew another old farmer who said you cannot teach a “new fossil” OLD TRICKS. When I suggested you cannot teach an “old fossil,” NEW TRICKS, he smiled and simply said “The old tricks last, the new ones don’t!”

The nice thing about being an “old fossil” is you soon realize there is NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN! Everything that happens on a regular basis has happened before. THAT IS A WELL KEPT SECRET OF LIFE! Some people figure it out quickly, some are slow learners and some NEVER figure it out!

I remember Harry S. Truman who became president when I was a boy.  His White House desk had a sign on it that proclaimed: THE BUCK STOPS HERE! Likely story!

 

When he ran for office, he was the Pendergast Gang lawyer from Kansas City. “Tom Pendergast is my friend,” he said! He was also a judge. While Truman was a “Dummocrap,” his “opponent” was a “Republocrap!” His name was Thomas E Dewey and he was considered the mobster’s man from Tammany Hall, the New York Syndicate! While people lined up passionately on both sides of the contest and watched the mudslinging, only the smart ones knew it was a phony battle between mobsters all for the benefit of “voters” who had no idea who they were voting for or what the hell was going on!

 

Hey, it is not different with “swamp killer” Trump who hired more swamp-rats than he got rid of, warp speeded the pandemic right along, while hair-sniffer Joe was standing in the wings to finish the job Nobama started! It has been like that in EACH AND EVERY ELECTION in between. Some of you know it, some of you are realizing it and the rest either don’t know or don’t give a damn! Ya cannot save anybody; they have to do that for themselves.

One thing that people tend to forget is that EDUCATION and LEARNING are NOT the SAME. Knowledge can be earned and learned in many ways. It can be gained through books that are storage vessels of knowledge. But sometimes it is best gained through observation and experience. People also tend to forget that what they think they know is often the product of what they have heard and what others want them to “know.”

 

But as a smart man pointed out recently, it is NOT WHAT YOU KNOW that is most important, but rather the things YOU DO NOT KNOW! He who realizes that and looks to improve his knowledge by STEPPING OUTSIDE THE BOX, will in the long run be the one who makes new discoveries and is not afraid to QUESTION EVERYTHING HE THINKS HE KNOWS!

So being 80 is a wonderful time of life. By now, we either understand “the game” and avoid it and forge our own path, or we don’t!

A deer gets behind our fence and I pick him up! My two children visit the Redwoods. We build a House.  The children plant potatoes in the garden. A big snow (1996). Rafting a small stream. Thor and the Falcon that ran into our window. Inga and her cat and a family portrait.,

 

For the record, I will try to make it to 90; I can’t wait to see what will happen next. I can assure you, most of it will not be a big “surprise!” But there will be surprises from those who are not afraid to discover things they know not!

"BLACKFACE!"

Justin Trudeau of the family that "runs" Canada, recently got himself in "trouble" just before the recent "election." It seems he dressed as a "Blackface" a time or two back in the days he was a dorky teenybopper! Today, that is a big NO NO! Although "ex post facto prosecution" is illegal in the United States, that does not keep the "Woke Mob" from having a hernia over "Blackface." In spite of my dislike for the Trudeau family and their insane policies over the years, I still do not like to see anyone falsely accused or maligned.

Notice the effort Trudeau went to in order to make the COSTUME detailed and believable!

Here is another one of Trudeau's "Blackface" pictures. He says he does not remember how many such pictures there are and whether or not they will "surface!"

So, what WAS "Blackface," anyway? Frankly it was a COSTUME! It was very popular at high school get togethers! I never played the part, but played many other roles in school and even my high school senior year. I played a "woman" once, for instance. My mother stuffed the back of my rump and the front of my chest with PILLOWS to simulate the "other gender," and I cavorted around on stage much to the amusement of everyone. The pillows kept "sagging," of course, and I struggled to "keep them up!" We did not have many OBESE people back then, so there were few who were "offended." Many would dress as clowns, pirates, pilots, Winnie-the-poo, the Tin Man, the Wizard of Oz and a host of others. Some were pretty darn clever. A Negro youth (that is what they were politely called back then) dressed up as a "white man" in "Whiteface!" He used CHALK to paint his face! This lad was a joker of the finest order and he got a richly deserved "barrel of laughs." NOBODY found it "upsetting!"

But, in today's insane world where everything is upside-down and inside-out for EVIL REASONS, "Blackface" is a horrible "sin!" It is funny to watch supposedly mature adults spout this rubbish! It is helpful to KNOW that in the 1930's there were practically NO BLACK ACTORS. If you wanted a black actor, you got a White or Jewish man to dress up as "Blackface!" AMOS 'N ANDY was an extremely funny, funny radio show about black families and their foibles. The character voices all spoke "plantation English," and sounded just like the real people! The show was a favorite among both blacks and whites. The audio cassettes of ALL the old radio shows can be found on and bought off the internet! Walt Disney Studios was one of the first to combine animation with live actors in SONG OF THE SOUTH. Disney today hardly even acknowledges the great show, but copies can be found for sale on the internet. The show features an almost all black cast of elders and youngsters with beautiful music ( ZIP-E-DA-DOO-DAH for example). The show was a big hit! Uncle Remus was the featured 80 year old black man who told his folk tales to black and white youngsters alike.

 The stories were rich in folklore, morals and lessons. The COMPLTE TALES OF UNCLE REMUS in book form (over 700 pages) is available for purchase on the internet, but marginalized and suppressed by by cultural idiots. The book is a classic of classics and features lots of "line drawings."

Here we feature the Front Cover Jacket of THE TALES OF UNCLE REMUS and an example of illustrations using the "line drawing" technique.

 During the same time frame, along came GONE WITH THE WIND, a classic movie of the Old South based partly on the book by William A. Fletcher, who enlisted in the Confederate Army, called REBEL PRIVATE: FRONT AND REAR. I have written published articles about him and the movie. The movie featured a black woman who played a leading role. She even got an award for her performance in GONE WITH THE WIND. Today, Hollywood is so full of "black performers" it is way out of proportion to reality!

But it gets better!

Did you know the STATE OF CALIFORNIA published "Blackface, too??! It is easy to prove! In the 1950's, a California State textbook called "MUSIC HORIZONS 5" (for fifth graders) featured all the great American patriotic songs, The Star Spangled Banner, The Marines Hymn, Columbia the Gem of the Ocean, America the Beautiful, music from around the World, cowboy songs from the Old West (one written by students at a New Jersey school, no less!), Civil War Songs and so on. One of them "DIXIE," was featured on pages 186/187. You will notice "Blackface" used in the picture on page 187! These were men dressed up in costume, typical of the day and times! I only have a copy of this rare volume because the state was destroying them at the time to make way for new material. I managed to salvage a copy and it is now a treasured historical book in my research library!

Today, "DIXIE" is a "bad deal," so they tell us. But it is not true! Abraham Lincoln loved the tune and made it FEDERAL PROPERTY just before he was assassinated! The story can by found in Burke Davis' book about the South. I have copied the cover (still in pristine condition) from my research library and the two pages that refer comments Lincoln made about Dixie! Look at the bottom of the first page and follow the rest of the story at the top of the second page. He said that now that we "own the South," we will show them we can "keep their song" and "they can too!" This sort of a story drives the "Woke Crazies" even crazier! Even naïve Lincoln could never have foreseen that more than 150 years later, the "Woke Insane Asylum" would find "DIXIE" a bad deal!

So, now that you have learned some truths about "Blackface," you can stop listening to the sadists who try to make political hay out of innocent costuming.

Leave "Blackface" alone where it belongs It's COSTUME and to suggest otherwise is a fraud.....

WITH DOCTOR CORK!

 

Doctor Cork was described by his fellow students in medical school as “a real corker!”

 

The reason was simple, he was a true believer in “Science,” and went to great lengths to prove it. He never practiced medicine, he just got a job promoting “Science.” and it paid well!

 

He came on TV dressed in doctor’s whites, had a stethoscope around his neck and a turquoise mask. He looked like the genuine thing!

 

The good doctor’s passion was “Global Warming.” He was in favor of anything that could cut down on the terrible problem that would destroy humanity if not addressed immediately!

 

His idea was not new. Many people before warned about the coming catastrophe, but Dr. Cork was the first to turn it into a TV masquerade.

 

He proposed that in order to help prevent global warming, corks should be shoved up the butts of all humans to keep gasses “contained!” When he went on TV with the scary story of how human gasses were going to ruin the world, at least half the population went along with his idea. The ones who supported Dr. Cork became known as CORKERS and those who refused were called ANTI-CORKERS! Because not enough people were getting “corked in the butt” to suit the good doctor, he proposed a new law making it mandatory to wear the cork! This created a huge rift between CORKERS and ANTI-CORKERS. He further proposed that huge fines be levied against ANTI-CORKERS and that they needed to be quarantined UNDERGROUND in huge tunnels!

 

The cork industry blossomed and Dr. Cork got a cut of the action! Cork growers were happy to supply the new need. The price of cork jumped and soon it was traded as a commodity on the commodity exchanges and prices moved up some more!

 

There were some side effects of course, like bloated stomachs, but Dr. Cork assured everyone that was normal and to take antacids to solve the “inconvenience!” People bought into the idea. Pretty soon Dr. Corker became a partner in the antacid business. He was riding high on the wave!

 

One day a Cable Newsman named “Lemon-aide” decided that sticking corks up everyone’s butts was not enough and proposed that COWS and other stock needed to be treated the same way to save the world from global warming. Doctor Cork agreed. He added fuel to the fire by suggesting on TV that farmers were really just rural ANTI-CORKERS who were anti-American as well, and promoted the idea that farmers either comply by “corking” their animals or be quarantined! In the towns and cities, there was mass hysteria. “Get those farmers!” yelled the stupes. “Make ‘em pay!”

 

There was a small problem.

 

Just WHO was going to CORK the animals?!

 

One farmer told reporter Lemon-aide he would refuse to do it.

 

“Why,” the stupid newsman asked.

 

“Because, I do not want to be kicked,” replied the farmer. “Cows are smarter than people and do not like stuff shoved up their ass!”

 

To which the newsman had nothing to say and Dr. Cork changed his tune saying that COWS were no longer a problem in the global warming thing!

 

But people still ran around with corks shoved up their asses.

 

As one man observed, THERE IS NO FIXING STUPID!

Normally on this blog, I write my own articles and express myself as I wish.

However, every once in a while I come across something so unusual and so interesting I simply have to share it.

In the early days of Hollywood, a filmmaker made a film about how to take over the world. It probably referred to the earlier Spanish Flu and how governments tried to make use of the epidemic.

There are many stories told about that we won't go into here.

IT IS OBVIOUS, IS IT NOT?

These Cedar Trees have stood for up to 800 years and have never been subjected to man's folly.

For a couple months, I have not posted anything on my blog.

There are reasons.

I have previously posted a lot about the very bad effects of the so-called "vaccine" that has been pushed on people relentlessly.

The "mask" mandate has collapsed.

The amount of adverse reactions have increased exponentially.

Deaths have increased exponentially.

Yet, governments with their side-kicks in Big Pharma have continued to lie about the injections.

They keep saying they are effective.

VERY TRUE. They are deadly.

They keep saying they are SAFE.

That is a lie. The injections are only safe to those who don't take them!

The Media has been selling fear.

It works. People are so scared of the "flu" they cannot think straight.

I have been shocked at the number of people I know personally who have taken the shots.

All had bad reactions. But they think that is normal!

I am not my brother's keeper.

I have enough to save myself.

I did  not take the jab, won't, and have family that has not.

People have to make up their own minds.

If you are stupid enough to be fooled into taking this stuff, then good luck to you.
